[Preview|NY] Chris Lake Brings Black Box Records to the Pier

On July 19th and 20th Chris Lake will be arriving in Brooklyn, New York with Black Book Records to perform at the iconic Brooklyn Army Terminal. This open-air venue is located along the waterfront at Pier 4 and is known for its industrial vibes. Chris Lake will headline the two-night event and is known for jammy upbeat house tunes like “Summertime Blues”, as well as tracks like “Free Your Body” which is like road construction meets a disco tech. 

With Black Book Records being one of the premier house labels the support for Chris Lake is sure to bring the walls down. On Friday Chris Lorenzo is the main support and he an artist that isn’t afraid to bring some trap into the house with hits like “Hallucinogen” but also likes to keep it atmospheric is songs like “My Own”. Andruss is from Mexico and is known for his Latin Tech House and Jojo Lorenzo is a Brookyln native making waves in the downtempo euphoric house scene.

On Saturday Green Velvet will be the lead support for Chris Lake. Green Velvet is a prolific collaborator on tracks and together with Chris Lake will have you asking “whatchu talkin’ bout” with their shared track “Deceiver”. Harry Romero is a New York native with whirly house tracks like “The Brave” and “Roll Play”. Cole Knight has some really stringy tracks like “The Girls Go Walking” but also loves to mix in galactic tones that will have you asking if it is the year 2024 or the year 2420.
